It’s my way to wait what I think is an appropriate amount of time before I decide on a purchase - but that’s just me. I reckon it lets the ‘deep brain’ (for want of a better term) turn things over…
Incidentally, whenever I see a black bike like that I think of Puff Daddy’s ‘Thinking of the Day’, simply because that video got burned into my head in the mid 90s!
Actually, the one I’ll get is Red but I couldn’t find a pic of the red one that I liked.
Yeah, I gave myself two night to think it over. Tonight is the second night. Not sure if that consitutues waiting but at least it’s not completely impulsive.

Very nice… how long have you been thinking about it?

About two days. I was thinking I’d get one in a few months time but this one is an absloute steal.
I can afford it, but only just. I haven’t had a bike in years and really miss it.

Hammy, you know you are trying to fill a void in your soul that has been created by this consumerist anti-community world that we live in, with stuff.
I say no.
But then again, if I say yes does this mean it will be easy for you to come over for dinner?

I say yay, and that you better come over and take me for a ride that very day

Kakariki, the only reason I’d buy it would be to come over for dinner more often.
Theo, you know you’re getting a ride. Don’t worry, I’ll come to you.
