Got a call from the real estate agent last night, I have to be out of my house of the last two and a half years by December.
I hate moving, I hate the real estate market, i hate that my rent is going to go up considerably, I hate that I have to negotiate the whole house mate thing again, I hate that I can’t afford to live on my own, I hate the uncertainty, I hate that all this has to happen around the end of the year.
Still, who knows what will come out of it and I’m looking forward to not living on a major truck arterial.
Less than 3 weeks to my holiday.

At least all the students are leaving their houses then. Not the other way round when we were looking…
good luck, remember we have a couch if you’re homeless

You’ll be fine!!! A change is a good as a holiday. I bet the next place will:
1. Have slightly less crazy housemates
2. Have a better garden
3. You’ll have more room
4. Better bike parking
5. Give you more life experience
6. Be quieter
Fear is the work of the devil, you should think positively… well at least until you get rejected from 5 houses and have to go live in Cranbourne so you can pay the rent.
Chlo n I have some temp storage area if you ever need it.
love
T

Hello my beautiful Hammy!!!
Well, at least your not me… and you’ve not moved rediculous ammounts of times to places far and wide. I too am thinking of moving again…. And I am not happy with that scenario.
Still, wanted to drop you a comment, thought maybe you would appreciate that I still check up on you.
Love and hugs
Jo xx
