They both love them, but one of them is very tech-minded and installs different programs on his to show album covers, time remaining, etc. It is more of a mini-PC than the iPod, but having said that, everyone else I know has some sort of iPod. If I had the money, I would be looking for an iRiver, but either way you will have a repository for many, many tunes. And I will have some things for you to listen to.
